7 new job clusters to help young people navigate new work order "Some studies have estimated that Australians will make 17 changes in employers across 5 different careers. This might seem like a bewildering choice for a young person starting their career, but actually many of these jobs are related in the sense that they involve similar skills, day-today tasks and work environments.
